You can download it form here.
Just unzip the file and paste it inside
/Applications/iSync.app/Contents/PlugIns/AppleneConduit.syncdevice/Contents/PlugIns/I made this plug-in by editing Nokia 6102's existing plug-in. So you will need to delete
Nokia-6102.phoneplugin file before pasting this file into that folder, because it conflicts with that phones plugin.I am trying to build one from scratch, hope to finish that soon.

Thanks, this was really helpful! I bought a 3110c phone in India and it's been impossible to get any support for it in the US. This plugin works great.

I'm quite impressed. This pluging appears to be working under Snow Leopard 10.6.1, and synchronised my Nokia 3110c out of the box.
There are many posts on the net saying isync for this phone broke when they upgraded from 10.5
